Return and Refund Policy

Custom whips, box chain wallet chains, box chain vest extenders, axle spike covers, windshield spikes, license plate spikes, derby covers, timing covers are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an issue with any of these custom items notify us within 24 hours of delivery to see what the options might be.

All other products must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of product with an RMA number. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning any product. Refund will be given in full less actual shipping costs, less 10% restocking fee. If defect in an item, we will replace at no cost, or send a complete refund less shipping once item is returned. You must notify us of the defect within 24 hours of delivery and include pictures of the defect.
