Return and Refund Policy

Custom whips, axle spike covers, windshield spikes, license plate spikes, derby covers, timing covers and any custom engraved item are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an issue with any of these custom items notify us within 24 hours of delivery to see what the options might be.

All other products must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of product with an RMA number. You must contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning any product. You must pay shipping to return the item. Refund will be given in full less actual shipping costs. If you need to exchange for a different size you can do so but you are responsible for shipping both ways.  If defect in an item, we will replace at no cost, or send a complete refund less shipping once item is returned. You must notify us of the defect within 24 hours of delivery and include pictures of the defect.
